In addition to cannabis cultivation and our dispensary, we also grow produce on the farm. We are passionate about creating natural growing environments rooted in regenerative farming practices and sustainability. Our approach includes upcycling municipal organic waste into nutrient-rich compost, carefully managing our farmland to maintain healthy soil, and encouraging biodiversity every step of the way.

Josh Allyn
FOUNDER
Founded by Josh Allyn, who has been involved in the cannabis industry since the early 2000s, starting as a grower in Colorado before the state’s medical cannabis program took off. With a background in construction and a passion for giving back, he spent years with Habitat for Humanity before transitioning to the grow space, where he gained insight into cultivation techniques and industry challenges. In 2019, Josh entered the New York cannabis scene and founded Tap Root Fields, starting with hemp and recently expanding into THC cannabis. His journey reflects a deep commitment to sustainability, community, and the transformative power of cannabis.

Caleb Johnson
DIRECTOR OF CANNABIS OPERATIONS
Headed by Caleb Johnson, our Director of Cannabis Operations, with 14 years of experience in more than 5 legal markets. Caleb brings extensive knowledge in cannabis operations and is a strong advocate for living soil practices. He works alongside a team with decades of combined experience growing, working and living in the cannabis industry.
